Words can’t express our gratitude for all of you who followed God’s work in our lives before, during and since our time in Zambia.  Our official work with the Esther School has come to an end, but we remain connected to Zambia through the school, the many people we came to love in that beautiful land, and through the gift God gave us in our daughter, who we are in the process of adopting.  We are no longer able to receive financial support through our sending organizations, but invite you to continue supporting us as we seek God’s will in the next phase of our lives:

Pray…

Above all, we covet the prayer cover of our fellow believers. We could never do this of our own strength and we continue to be challenged and tested at every turn. We humbly but boldly ask that, on a daily basis, you would pray for the needs of our family, others who served or are serving in missions, the Esther School, and for the people of Zambia. We will continue to update our blog with more specific prayer requests periodically.

The Esther School will also continue to need those who are willing to make a minimum two year commitment to live and work at the Esther School: http://www.estherschool.org/get-involved/

Again, we can no longer process tax-deductible support, but the Esther School and its volunteer missionary staff rely solely on the financial support of donors. In order to live and work in Zambia, they depend greatly on the generosity of others who are inspired and would like to share in what the Lord is doing in Zambia.

Some of you may also feel called to lead others toward this ministry. If you are interested in spreading the word about what God is doing through the Esther School by arranging for support through your church, school or other organization, please contact GEMS and let them know how they can help. They would be happy to accommodate by offering their time, information, printed materials, or steering you in the right direction to make that happen. This is truly a message that can be spread efficiently and effectively to God’s glory.
